The hotel is a listed white Victorian building.

The charming lobby is small, split into three parts with a central hall and smaller seating areas on either side. It is decorated in attractive pastel shades with a blue floral carpet and dark wood furniture. The lobby is a strong feature of the hotel, due to the numerous, well preserved original features, such as the ornate coving to the ceiling and the York stone staircase.

Nice, quiet location close to Kensington Gardens, Royal Albert Hall and Gloucester Road and South Kensington Tube stations. This traditional property is well kept, rooms are of a decent size and attractively decorated and bathrooms are of a fair condition. A comfortable hotel with easy access to the whole of London.
