The complex is about 50 metres from the golden sandy beach of Praia da Falesia. Links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, bars and nightlife can all be found about 5 km away. Albufeira, with its old town and shopping opportunities, is about 13 km away. The nearest train station is some 25 km away. Faro Airport is about 30 km away.

The complex has 76 studios and 92 bungalows (35 one-bedroom and 57 two-bedroom) with simple and basic decoration. The studios are distributed across two 4-storey buildings located next to the bungalows. It offers 24-hour reception, a hairdressers' salon, a bar, a restaurant and laundry service.
