Throughout the lobby and hotel are antiques, carvings and paintings that re-enforce the culture and warmth of Chaing Mai in this hotel of European flavour. The rooms are large and similar. Superior rooms feature natural Thai fabrics and teakwood. All rooms have small and nice balconies overlooking the city views. Bathrooms are of a very high standard.

The restaurant with its ceiling of painted umbrellas does offer a nice ambience in which to enjoy breakfast. The other restaurant is more intimate and serves French cuisine.
