An uninspiring, modern building.
The lobby is very small and there is no reception as such, but there is an office where guests pick up their keys and receive any further information. Key collection after office hours will be via a 'Key collection machine' located next to the entrance of the apartment building operated by keying in your surname.
This apartment hotel lies in the centre of western Berlin close to the famous Kurfurstendamm. Various theatres, the Deutsche Oper (opera), museums, galleries and restaurants are within walking distance. The underground line 2 brings guests directly to the centre of the lively, interesting squares in Berlin, such as Zoo train station, the KaDeWe, Potsdamer Platz or the Gendarmenmarkt. The transfer time to Tegel airport takes around 10 minutes and Schonefeld airport takes around 45 minutes.
The elegant apartment hotel was built in the 60s, renovated in 2003 and comprises a total of 47 apartments spread over 6 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a foyer with lifts and safes. Guests also have the opportunity to take advantage of the WLAN Internet access and the car park (additional fees apply).

As the hotel used to be a former residence, all rooms are spacious and fully equipped apartments with kitchenette (including coffee maker), TV and direct dial telephone. Most apartments are equipped with twin beds, which may not be located next to each other. The double rooms have a full bed mattress. Both, rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition.
The hotel has a breakfast room next door which is bright and spacious.
