Located on the main avenue of Cala'n Blanes, one of the most touristic and quiet residential areas of Menorca and only 2 km from Ciutadella, historical town. The urbanization has beautiful crystal clear beaches and recreation areas for any time of day. At the entrance of the complex there is a bus stop makes the journey between Ciutadella and Cala'n Blanes every 25 minutes.

The apartment complex offers its customers peace of mind they seek in your holiday. The complex has 12 apartments with large terraces, are very familiar and bright, have a large garden, shared laundry, barbeque, outside shower, swimming pool with children area and customer service 24 hours a day.

All apartments are approx. 45 m2 and consists of two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and safe, bathroom with bath and dining space with kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, oven, breakfast bar, sofa bed, TV. All apartments have a clothesline and outdoor terrace. They are very bright and functional and feature a relaxed and familiar atmosphere.

Arriving by boat or plane to Mahon, must follow the traffic directions to Ciutadella (west of Menorca) and before entering the town follow the signs indicating Cala'n Blanes Private. In the main street you will find our resort. If you arrive by boat to Ciutadella, on leaving the port terminal, follow the signs that tells Private Calan Blanes and only 2Km find the complex.

Each apartment features a kitchenette with a 2-ring hob, an oven, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a 2-door fridge, as well as a satellite TV and a balcony or terrace. Other amenities include a private bathroom and an in-room safe. The bedrooms come with double beds.

Location

The apartment hotel is situated in Cala'n Forcat, some 4 km from Ciudadela. It is in a quiet area, near the centre, with restaurants, bars, pubs and nightlife spots just 400 m away. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. The complex is 400 m away from the beach of Cala'n Blanes and 45 km from Mahon Airport.
