This country hotel lies right by the banks of Loch Long, with a view of the the Arrochar Alps. It is the ideal location for excursions to Stirling, Oban, Glasgow and Callander, which are each around an hour's drive from the hotel. Loch Lomond is located within around 3 km and offers plenty of hikes as well as boating opportunities. In addition, Inverary castle and Ardkinlas gardens are within easy reach. A skiing area is 45 km away and links to the public transport network are within walking distance from the hotel.

Built in 1860, this hotel was completely renovated in 2004 and comprises a total of 77 rooms over three floors. Facilities on offer include a 24-hour reception, a bar, and a restaurant, in addition to public Internet access. Room and laundry services complete the offerings, and there are parking spaces and a garage available for those arriving by car.
