The hotel is a collection of traditionally styled buildings which have been merged to form an hotel. The buildings were formerly a public bathhouse for bourgeoise Copenhageners, and there are still architectural reminders of this within the property. It is a 5 storey brown brick building.
The reception area is small, but it has been well restored and contains beautiful pillars and carvings. Because the hotel is made up of several buildings, there are a number of small staircases and hallways.
