This apartment complex is located in the northwest of Mallorca, in one of the quietest areas of Bahia de Alcudia. The beautiful beach lies just the other side of a small pine forest, around 30 m away, and it is 2 km from the town centre where guests will discover an abundance of shops, cafes, bars, restaurant and lively nightclubs. Public transport leaves from stops directly in front of the hotel. Trips to the famous bird sanctuary that is located close by and to the old Roman town of Pollentia as well as Alcudia harbour are on offer.

Built in 1976 and renovated partially in 2007, this complex offers a total of 43 apartments (of which 12 have 2 bedrooms and 30 have one bedroom) and 3 studios spread over the main building on 3 floors (one bedroom apartments and studios) and three annex buildings (two bedroom apartments). The hotel's facilities include a lobby, a playground and a small supermarket. Dining options include a bar and a restaurant and an in-house laundry service is also available to guests (additional fees apply).
