This hotel lies in the industrial and trade district of the city, close to the River Inn. The inner city is about 10 minutes' drive from the hotel and it is some 3 km to the main train station and about 10 km to the airport. A bus stop is located immediately in front of the hotel.

Offering 4 floors with a total of 137 rooms, this charming hotel features a cosy foyer with a bar, a restaurant and 7 meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 200 persons. There is a public Internet terminal to take advantage of as well as a car park for those arriving by car.

They have light natural wooden features and white washed walls. The bathrooms have also been completely renovated. The restaurant is situated on the ground floor. It is bright and colourful in design.
