Two miles north of Perth, take B9099 through Luncarty and Stanley, turn right at sign for Kinclaven (& Ballathie). Ballathie House Hotel is approximately 3 miles along on the right hand side. Alternatively take the A93 Perth to Blairgowrie road and turn off at the Beech Hedges (follow signs for Kinclaven & Ballathie).
