The hotel is situated about 45 minutes' north of Chiang Mai, near the village of Maetang and close to many attractions, including elephant camps, white water rafting and beautiful and colourful hill tribe peoples' villages. Restaurants, bars and public transport are within a few minutes' walk. Chiang Mai International Airport is around 48 km away.

Set in beautiful countryside, this resort has been designed and built to blend in with the environment, within the beautiful green conservation forest. The lobby offers a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and cloakroom. Guests can relax in the TV lounge, while dining and drinks can be enjoyed in the restaurant, cafe, bar or pub. Younger guests will enjoy the children's playground. Room and laundry services are available, and there is a car park which may be used by guests.
