This charming family run hotel is located in a residential area with easy access to the city centre. There are local buses running from outside the hotel in to the city centre journey time is approx 10 mins.

Located one mile from city centre, on A701, within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace.
