The lobby is on the second phase, hillside is scheduled to open in the mind of November 2008. Currently, the spa reception will be used instead.

This eco hotel is situated on the hillside leading down to Koh Samui's premier Chaweng Beach, which lies just 150 metres away. Guests will find tourist attractions in the centre of Chaweng, some 5 km from the hotel. Hin Ta Hin Ya can be reached in 20 minutes by car and Namuang Waterfall within half an hour. The local airport is 5 km from the accommodation.
