The distance from the beach to the apartments averages between 100 to 500 m, depending on their location, and an abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. Porto Christo is around 4 km away and public transport is located directly in front of the complex.

The apartment complex offers a 6-storey main building and a 2-storey annexe block with 545 apartments and studios.
