Links to the public transport system can be reached within 200 m of the hotel. Lake Tei and sprawling vegetated areas around the hotel make this a completely relaxing area and together with the hotel style, they combine to form a wonderful ambience. The surrounding area of the hotel is mostly quiet and very well tended.

Renovated in 2003, this hotel comprises a total of 97 double rooms and 1 suite spread over 4 floors. It offers its guests a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a bar and various restaurants. Internet access as well as a laundry and room service are also offered.
