General information:A 19th century Venetian Villa has been transformed into a country hotel. The hotel has been named in honor of the old Roman road which joined the ancient town of Altino with Germany, running right along the land in which the hotel is situated.Location:The Sile River, being navigable and passing at the bottom of the garden, has given proprietors the idea of taking advantage of pick-up points along the banks to transport clients right to St. Marks Square, a unique 2 hour panoramic cruise on a characteristic river boat. The hotel is situated in lovely Casale Sul Sile, approximately 15 to 20 kilometers from the Venice city center.The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from both Venice and Treviso airports. Taxis are also available from outside the airport. The nearest train station is Quarto dAltino, approximately 8 kilometres from the hotel. A shuttle service to and from the train station is provided by the hotel at a minimal cost.
