This simple city hotel is centrally situated in a quiet location, near to the colourful hustle and bustle of the market. It only takes around 7 minutes with the train to reach the old town, the pedestrian zone and the beach/ Promenade des Anglais. Trains and busses are to be found in the immediate vicinity, as are plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and other entertainment venues. The town centre is within easy walking distance of the hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the nearest airport departing from a stop just 300 m from the hotel and there is a train station just 800 m away.

Hotel Directions

From the airport by bus/tram: take bus N� 23 (only from Terminal 1), buy tickets with the driver (can take the same ticket for the Tram). Get off at stop Thiers/Medecin walk up the street approximately 50m, take the tram, and don't forget to valid the ticket inside. Get off at the next station Liberation. Cross the avenue, on left bakery Zambetti in the street Clement Roassal. After a few meters will see the hotel on the right. If the guests arrive after 21:00h take bus N� 98 and get off at the main bus station (Gare Routiere). From there, take the tram direction Las Planas and get off at the station Liberation. From the highway by car: take the exit Nice-Nord N� 54 and follow the direction towards the city centre (Bv de Gorbella, Bv A. Raynaud), at the very end of Bv A. Raynaud turn left into Bv J. Garniernext right into rue Alfred Binet) , turn left into rue Clement Roassal and finally left into Rue de Dijon.
