The apartments are located at Burguera 8 and 12, right in Salou's centre, and yet they enjoy a quiet setting. The Plaza de Europa is around 50 m away and the beach is some 500 m from the hotel, as are the Promenade Jaime I and the Fuente Luminosa fountain. It is around 200 m to various shopping venues, bars, restaurants and links to the public transport network.

Built in 1990, the apartment complex offers a total of 253 apartments, which are spread over 6 floors and is surrounded by extensive gardens with a pool area. The hotel's facilities include lifts, a playground and a garage (charges apply).
