It is a beige building which features pale green wooden shutters.

The lobby is small and very pleasantly furnished.

The hotel is located directly in the centre of Nice, just a few steps from the stunning ""Promenade des Anglais"". It is just a few metres to the beach. Various fabulous tourist attractions, such as the flower market, are just a stone's throw away. It takes approximately 10 minutes to reach the railway station on foot.

Built in 1960 and renovated in 2004, the hotel consists of a 3 floor main building and a 3 floor neighbouring building with a total of 28 rooms, of which 2 are singles and 26 are doubles. The facilities include a lobby with a reception, a safe and a lift.

A very good 2 Stars hotel in the center of Nice: very close to the beach, to the famous promenade des Anglais, close to the shopping area. All the 30 rooms have private bathroom with a toilet and double windows. Minibar, hairdryer on request. Pets Allowed. Small kitchenette on request.
