The restaurant faces the garden and has ample spaces, suitable for banquets and gala dinners. The cuisine served is mainly national and regional, with many typical Umbrian specialties. Both oil and wine served at the restaurant is own production. During the summer it is also possible to dine al fresco, in the hotel veranda.
