The exterior of the stately resort is off gray and white clapboard and situated on a sparkling 25-acre lake. Unlike the casual atmosphere of its sister resort - the Beach Club, the resort has more of a quiet, understated elegance about it.

Sophistication is found in the dark hardwood floors, leather couches and antique chandeliers of the medium sized lobby.

The hotel complex is built in an elegant style that blends perfectly into the classic setting of a New England yacht club.

The hotel comprises a total of 621 rooms on 5 floors, as well as an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and lift access. Additional facilities offered by the hotel include a hairdresser, a newspaper stand, 2 bars, lounges, a games room and restaurants with full and speedy service.
