A lovely hotel with excellent central location. Two metro stations are within walking distance, so it is easy to get around in St. Petersburg from here. (SC10/08)
The facade of the hotel is classical like most buildings in the area. The entrance is somewhat hidden as the building is part of the shopping mall.
The lobby is quite small. There is a small reception desk with a seating corner next to it. Opposite is the concierge desk.
