This upmarket hotel is located directly on the inviting beach of Bayahibe and just 800 m from the fishing area of Bayahibe. A regular hotel bus service runs between the closest town La Romana and the artists' village of Altos de Chavon (around 18 km away), with its diverse shopping facilities.

This hotel is spread over 3 floors, with a total 563 rooms of which, 464 are double rooms and 32 are suites. The main building comprises a lobby area with 24-hour reception, a small supermarket, a souvenir shop, a beauty salon, a boutique, a hairdressing salon, 4 bars and a beach snack bar. There is also a TV room and a half open palm leave roofed buffet restaurant as well as 3 further air-conditioned a la carte restaurant available for guests (Asian cooking, a steak house and an Italian restaurant). Furthermore, there is a public Internet terminal that may be used on payment of an additional fee. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities. Room, laundry and medical services round up the facilities on offer.
