Refurbished and transformed into a luxury hotel in 1962, it retains its priceless reminders of the Castles historic past. Splendid wood carvings and stone statuary, hand carver paneling, fine antique furnishings surround guests. On site activities include a 72 par course is a traditional parkland creation meandering through the lakes,marsh and woodlands of one of Ireland greatest Castle estates. Guest may also partake in Fishing which is also available for residents on the lake, additional to this Archery and Clay pigeon shooting is also available November - January.
