The Condos and Homes are located on the East side of Kissimmee, mostly in established residencial areas near to local shopping and restaurant, but still just a short drive to the area attractions and shopping malls.

Established residential communities offer typical Florida style accommodation in well kept communities with a chance to mix with the locals. Homes in the east area offer all the amenities to satisfy a self catering holiday home at a reasonable price. 3 bedroom homes and 4 bedroom homes are available.

Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box is at the same location. The Lock box code is: C-7-0-8-3 then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning the free phone number: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. A refundable security deposit of USD 300 is required at registration.

Room Information

All homes feature: telephone, cable/satellite color tv, central air conditioning and heating, washing and clothes dryer, iron/board, towels and linens. In addition each home have a private pool with a screened-in pool deck with sun lounges and a patio table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy with a 4 range oven, full size refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. Master bedrooms will have a king or queen bed with an adjoining full-bathroom. Additional bedrooms will have either a double bed or twin beds with at least one shared full bathroom.
