This brand new construction has been realized within a farm where the hotel breeds many types of animals the hotel also produces olive oil, wine and other natural seasonal country food products. The complex is situated in Capo Bianco which is a suburb of Capo Rizzuto, approximately 24 Km from Crotone. Following its antique origin of a small village, there is a main building which is the antique country farmhouse and thirty-six cottages. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 300 and can cater wedding parties and other events. The cuisine is based on the hotels homegrown products, as well as fresh fish. The facilities include a large swimming-pool with a smaller one nearby for children, playing area, fitness centre, 24hr reception, and a free car park. The hotel also organises musical evenings and shows to entertain the guests in a small amphitheatre. In a natural bay in the middle of the nature reserve of Marina di Capo Rizzuto, about 300m is the beautiful beach which is fully-equipped with parasols and deckchairs. The tasteful furnishings are elegant and comfortable, reminiscent of a private luxury home, particularly in the lobby lounge with its grand stone fireplace, makes it the ideal place to sit and relax and enjoy a drink at the bar. The thirty-six cottages are fully-equipped, each of which occupies a ground with a large private patio. Cottages have been positioned to create two gardens and the restaurant is situated in one of these facing the swimming pool.
