These apartments are located in the historic heart of Barcelona. They are right next to Plaza Real, one of the most famous squares in Barcelona. Nou de Zurbano Street is right in the heart of the old town and less than 20 m walk from Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. This is one of the most tourist-frequented areas of Barcelona, full of tapas bar, eateries, coffee shops and fashionable stores. El Liceu Theatre, MACBA and Palau Guell are just a 5-minute walk away.

The air-conditioned apartments are located in a marvellously privileged position. The building has a lift, uncommon in the Gothic quarter of the city, and a sunny terrace overlooking Plaza Real. Guests are also provided with a safe and laundry service.

Since it does not have 24h reception, at least 48h before your arrival date you have to call 933 10 20 00 in order to arrange the check-in time which is always after 14h.
