The apartments are housed within 3-storey houses with no lift and each come with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette or kitchen with a fridge, oven and tea and coffee making facilities, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, cable TV with premium channels, ironing equipment, a double or king-sized bed and a hire safe. The air conditioning may be regulated individually.

In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a sun terrace where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use, as well as a toddlers' pool with a slide. Tropical drinks are served up at the pool bar. Further leisure offerings include a massage service, a range of spa treatments, banana boating, water skiing and jet skiing (fees apply for all activities). Moreover, it is possible to play beach volleyball and popular sports such as golf, horse riding, windsurfing, snorkelling and rock climbing at Dunn's River Falls beside which is Dolphin Cove, a natural bay surrounded by lush tropical rainforest where visitors may swim with dolphins or observe stingrays, eels, sharks, snakes, macaws and other tropical fish and birds. Sun loungers and parasols are also laid out ready for use by hotel guests on the local sandy beach.
