This deluxe hotel, which was once owned by the Empress Eugenia de Montijo, was renovated by a prestigious team of architects, archaeologists and restorers. The result of the refurbishment is a marvellous Renaissance palace where the three cultures that lived in Toledo can be appreciated in different parts of the hotel.
