The lobby is long and narrow, leading into a small lounge with two sofas.

This hotel affords a central location at the heart of Edinburgh. Princes Street is a few minutes walk away and Waverley railway station as well as St. Andrews bus station are around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Restaurants, bars, pubs, and nightclubs as well as links to the public transport network are to be found in the near vicinity. The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle are 1 km away.

This hotel is situated amidst the Georgian elegance of Edinburgh's 'New Town'. Guests are offered a warm welcome and well appointed accommodation in the true tradition at the heart of Edinburgh. Built in 1880, this hotel comprises a total of 45 rooms spread over 5 floors of which 1 is a suite.
