The hotel is located in downtown Pinghai Road in the city's central business district. West Lake is just steps away and the hotel's immediate vicinity also includes various restaurants, bars, pubs and nightspots.

The main building of this air-conditioned city hotel has 20 floors with 230 rooms. On the 18th floor there is a cafeteria offering a nice view. Further facilities available to guests at this establishment include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, as well as a hotel safe, cloakroom, currency exchange facilities and lift access. There is also a newspaper stand, TV room and a mini supermarket, as well as a restaurant, cafe, bar, pub and a disco. There is WLAN Internet access, and room and laundry services are provided. Bikes are available for hire, and there are parking facilities for guests arriving by car. Younger guests will enjoy the hotel's children's playground and kids' club.

Rooms are medium on average and are equipped with modern facilities. All rooms are in good condition. Some of them have a great view of the West Lake.

Hotel featurs the Revolving Restaurant on the 20F, which not only provide delicious western and Southeast Asia cuisine, but also a beautiful panoramic of the West Lake. The Chinese Restaurants serve Chinese cuisine and Hong Kong food. There is also a Japanese Restaurant.
