Location Information
This guesthouse is just a few minutes from Fort William by car, taxi, bus or train. Situated on a quiet country road away from the hustle and bustle of the town, the accommodation nevertheless lies in close proximity to local amenities. It is an ideal base from which to discover the west coast of Scotland, with sights such as Ardnamurchan, Glencoe, Oban, Mallaig, Loch Ness, Mull and Skye being only a short drive away.
Hotel Directions
From the South and Glasgow: Follow signs to Fort William on the A82 (2 hours from Glasgow city airport). Pass through Fort William on the A82. On the outskirts of town there is a mini-roundabout with Ben Nevis Distillery on the right and a BP garage on the left. Turn left onto the A830. Cross the river bridge, after about 1.6 km, cross the Caledonian Canal and turn right onto the B8004 - signposted to Gairlochy. Pass the Moorings hotel. Drive for a further 500 metres. The hotel is on the right. There is a large blue and white sign outside. From the North and Inverness: Follow signs to Fort William on the A82. On the outskirts of town there is a roundabout with Ben Nevis Distillery on the left and a BP garage on the right. At this roundabout turn right onto the A830. Follow directions as above.
