The hotel is situated on the main street of Viale Regina Margherita. Shopping and entertainment venues can be found in Rimini-Bellariva and the centre of Rimini is around 2.5 km from the hotel. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs can easily be reached on foot. Guglielmo Marconi airport is approximately 127 km away and Miramare airport about 4 km.

Facilities include a terrace and a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, and a lift. There is also a dining room, a TV room, and a cafe.
