This is a very fine traditional building made of grey stone brick. It dates back to 1786 and has been looking after travellers since that time.

The lobby is medium in size and very elegantly decorated with pale yellow walls and pale green carpeting with comfortable chairs that match perfectly.

This attractive hotel is located in the heart of Stirling - an ideal location for visiting sights such as Stirling Castle and the Old Town Jail. Numerous shopping and entertainment venues are to found in the immediate vicinity. A public transport stop is located 200 m away. It is only around 50 minutes by car to Edinburgh and 30 minutes to the Loch Lomond national park.

This hotel was built in the architecturally-interesting 16th century style. It comprises 67 rooms spread over 5 floors. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours.
