The hotel is one of the Tokyo Disney Resort Good Neighbour Hotels, which provides free shuttle bus services to and from Tokyo Disney Resorts.

The hotel is a modern set in the spacious scenic Japanese gardens and well known for its banqueting facilities, which is one of the biggest in Japan. The atmosphere of the hotel is similar to a resort hotel and it is suitable for both the business and leisure travelers. The hotel is connected with Grand Prince Takanawa Hotel and The Prince Sakura Tower Hotel via the gardens. Some facilities at those hotels can be shared with guest staying at the hotel. (12/08 HT)

The exterior of the hotel is modern and distinctive, being designed by the architect Mr. Togo Murano, a member of the Japanese Art Academy. The building is completely white with distinctive balcony curves from each room, adding to the unique design to the building and is easily recognised.

Being extremely large and wide, it gives the guest a spacious and welcoming atmosphere and is one of the largest hotel lobbies in Tokyo, being 2 floors high. There is also a lounge leading on from the reception, which gives beautiful views of the Japanese gardens and a quiet space for guests to enjoy.

"Superior rooms", recently renovated, are large with modern decor. All are equipped with high quality bed(s), high speed internet access, an in-room safe box enough wide for notebook PC, a large size writing desk for executive travellers, mini-bar, and other facilities. Each rooms has its own balcony overlooking Japanese garden. Bathroom has also ample space with variety of bath amenities.

There are over twenty restaurants, bars, and lounges in the hotel complex, offering a range of international cuisine from Japanese, French, Italian, and Chinese. There is also a Japanese teahouse, situated in the middle of a Japanese garden, which serves traditional Japanese cuisine.
