Built in 1986, the fully air-conditioned 3-storey complex comprises 37 apartments. The apartment hotel is composed of a second hotel building; a holiday complex whose facilities are accessible in both buildings. In addition, it offers reception, open around the clock, a café, a supermarket, a bar, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. There is also a room and laundry service as well as a bicycle rental.
