If arriving guests are unable to arrive due to the flight cancellations one of the following will be offered: 1.Guest may arrive arrive after the storm passes for the same number of nights without an increase in the nightly rate, (always subject to availability) 2.If the resort is damaged and remains closed for an extended period of time, guests may elect to stay at one of the other Bahia Principe Resorts at the same rate and in a comparable category.3. KIPPIN (mentioned above) will authorize a full (hotel only)creditfor travel up to one year and will guarantee the original rate (and category, if available) regardless of travel dates, expect for the following the blackout dates. (Dec 20, 2008 through Jan 2, 2009 January 15, through March 15, 2009 December 20, 2009 through January 2, 2010 and January 15 through March 15, 2010. 4.If KIPPIN authorize that all arriving guests are to reschedule until after the storm has passed the hotel will offer a full credit voucher for travel up to one year, exceptions to the black out dates mentioned above. 5. Arriving guests who decide not to follow or accept these procedures, will do so with the implicit understanding that no compensation will be forthcoming for any disruption on services and/or inclusions which may occur as a result of the storm.
