This exclusive beach hotel is located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. The Hacienda Dona Isabell village belongs to the complex and offers many entertainment facilities. Links to the public transport system can be found nearby. From here, guests are able to take the bus to Playa del Carmen. In the immediate vicinity, a diverse range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, cafes, bars in plenty, nightclubs, pubs and extensive entertainment venues are available. Tulum is around 20 minutes away by car and the Maya temple, a further 20 minutes away. Playa del Carmen is around 35 minutes from the hotel and Cancun airport 90 minutes.

If arriving guests are unable to arrive due to the flight cancellations one of the following will be offered: 1.Guest may arrive arrive after the storm passes for the same number of nights without an increase in the nightly rate, (always subject to availability) 2.If the resort is damaged and remains closed for an extended period of time, guests may elect to stay at one of the other Bahia Principe Resorts at the same rate and in a comparable category.3. Arriving guests who decide not to follow or accept these procedures, will do so with the implicit understanding that no compensation will be forthcoming for any disruption on services and/or inclusions which may occur as a result of the storm.
