For centuries, the thick forest that originally covered this area served as a refuge for pirates and buccaneers. Now, this hotel is located at the heart of the most modern part of Havana, in the Vedado district. Just steps away from the Rampa, one of the most important streets in Havanna and the address of numerous ministries, galleries, shops, handicraft markets and various entertainment options.

The hotel, with it's two towers, was built in a sober, elegant English style, during the popular building and tourist boom of the 50s. This beach hotel has a total of 203 rooms spread over 8 floors, of which 5 are triple rooms, 20 include king-size beds, 2 are junior suites, 2 are suites, 2 are mini-suites and 3 are for other uses.
