The complex offers a variety of different room types with a great variety of different amenities. All rooms offer a living room area with a sofa bed, a private balcony or terrace, 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, a satellite/cable TV, special individual reading lamps, a minibar, a safe, individually adjustable air conditioning and high-speed Internet access. The interiors are furnished using quality materials including mahogany and granite and feature freestone flooring. There are also equipped with fully fitted bathrooms with European spa jet-showers and a bathtub as well as a hairdryer. The Master Suites have a separate 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom. The Family rooms offers special amenities and services for children. The Demi Suites Level offers exlusives services only for adults.

The complex offers 4 swimming pools for adults and 2 for children, with a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. The pools include a main pool with water features and an integrated hydro massage function, an infinity pool area, The Level pool for adults only and a family pool with a concierge service. Guests may also enjoy a session of aqua aerobics. In a separate sports area clients may enjoy 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts and a golf simulator then relax in the Yhi Spa and health centre (some services and facilities carry an additional charge) which offers a wide range of treatments. The Spa includes an indoor pool, massage rooms, spa pools, a sauna, a steam bath, individual flotation bathtubs and a relaxation area. The Water Ritual Centre offers a sauna, a herbal steam room, heat shock showers, aromatherapy showers, a spa pool, chromotherapy showers and bi-thermal foot baths. The health club offers the latest in high tech equipment as well as a personal trainer, spinning classes and group dance lessons. The unique eco-spa consists of a Zen Meditation garden with pavilion, outdoor yoga classes for mind and body, Tai-chi, guided meditation and outdoor showers and treatment cabins. Other activities available for guests include cookery classes, wine-tasting, flower arranging, painting, photography, massage and dance. They may also enjoy table tennis, billiards, a library, a CD Library, an iPod service and a games room. For the youngest guests there is a kids' club with a children's pool with slides, various water-based attractions, a playground with a games area and organised activities. A golf reservation service is available.
