The hotel is located in the southern part of the town of Playa de las Americas, directly on the extensive promenade, about 50 m from the natural beach, a mixture of lava, stone and sand. It is a mere 300 metres to the local beach, Playa de Troya. The tourist area of Las Veronicas with its countless shopping venues, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues is located in the hotel's vicinity (600 m). Public transport departs from a stop located 200 m from the hotel. The airport is approximately 15 km away.
The large hotel complex consists of 10 floors and a total of 519 rooms of which 51 are singles, 363 are doubles and 29 are suites. Amongst the facilities at this hotel count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk and 4 lifts.
