This hotel is located just 1 km from the beach. A fishing harbour is located nearby and in a few minutes, guests will arrive in the centre of Corralejo with plenty of shopping venues, restaurants and bars. Las Dunas national park is only 5 minutes away and the nearest public transport stops 50 m from the hotel.

The apartment complex was built in 1987, renovated in 2002 and consists of 181 apartments on 3 floors with combined kitchen/living room and separate bedrooms and separate bathroom. There is a lobby and a 24 h reception desk as well as a supermarket, bicycle hire, a car park, a children's playground, Minigolf, Tenis, a restaurant, a bar and an Internet terminal. There are laundry machines available for guests. The kids' club is for children aged between 4 and 12 years. Entertainment program several days a week. It offers free WIFI.
