The hotel is situated in an ideal location on the banks of the Loire, in the heart of Ile de Nantes and a 3-minute drive or tram ride from Nantes city centre, the international congress centre and the SNCF railway station. Chateau Anne de Bretagne, Nantes Cathedral, Passage Pommeray, Graslin Theatre and the Place Royale are all within a 5-minute drive of the hotel. Nantes Airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel.

This city hotel has a total of 108 guest rooms on 4 floors. Facilities on offer include a restaurant and an entrance hall with a 24-hour reception service. Further facilities include a cloakroom, lift access, a bar, Internet access (free in the hall, for a surcharge in the rooms) and room service. A laundry service, a safety deposit box in each room and 4 meeting rooms are also available on demand. There is secure sheltered parking and a lift from the garage to the hotel's internal corridors (with charge).

The restaurant is open Monday to Friday. It is closed the weekend after breakfast.
