The lobby is medium in size and furnished in a modern and pleasant style.

Contemporary hotel with 149 fully en-suite bedrooms, restaurant & bar with meeting and conference facilities for up to 300 delegates. The hotel boasts a purpose built meetings & conference centre and banqueting/private dining facilities. The hotel is situated on the festival leisure park complex, which boasts a multiplex cinema, bowling, several nightclubs and bars together with many theme restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is set to one side of the park in its own grounds with gardens and lake views to the rear of the building.

The rooms are medium in size - on average - and decorated with light wooden furniture and pastel colours. All rooms are in good condition.

The Junction Restaurant on the 1st floor serves buffet style breakfast/buffet style lunch and a la carte dinner. Additional to this is the contemporary Lounge Bar in the centre of the hotel lounge area with views to the patio area, garden & lake. Lounge bar serving beverages, and lounge menu available.
