This hotel is located only some 200 m from the centre of Puebla and is built in the colonial style. Guests will find the tourist centre with its restaurants, the Zocalo, Los Sapos, and the congress centre within a radius of about 400 m. It is approximately 700 m to the ""Estrella Roja"" bus station, around 1.5 km to the African Safari Park, 2 km to Angelopolis, and a good 30 km to Hermanos Serdan airport.

Renovated in 2006, the hotel comprises a total of 78 rooms spread across eight floors.
