The hotel is situated in the middle of the Posets-Maladeta nature reserve, at an altitude of around 1,750 m, in the town of Bernasque. It is within 16 km from the ski resort of Cerler, where guests can enjoy mountain activities including skiing, hiking and mountain walks.

The ski hotel, a former hospital, was restored using stone and wood, in keeping with the traditional architectural style of the region. It is elaborately decorated and offers a relaxing stay in the snow and ice for all the family. The air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 55 rooms. There is also an entrance hall, 24-hour reception, lift access and a restaurant. It also offers conference facilities, WLAN Internet, a TV room, a playground and laundry facilities. Parking is available for those arriving by car.
