This is a modern white-coloured mid-range sized block with extensive gardens down to the Nile at the rear of the hotel. There are balconies to the rear and front of the hotel and there are also several small shops at ground floor level which are not part of the hotel.

The medium-sized lobby is in an atrium design painted white with a waterfall feature and a number of plants. There is a medium-sized seating area available.

This attractive hotel is beautifully situated directly beside the River Nile over which wonderful views may be enjoyed. It is only 500 m from the centre of Luxor.

The 5-storey hotel comprises a total of 185 rooms of which 100 are superior rooms. Guests are welcomed in an inviting lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, safe and money exchange service. Further facilities include shops, hairdresser, conference rooms, internet access, a cosy bar and a restaurant, which is particularly inviting with its typical national specialities. Lovely views are to be had out over the river, its West Bank and the distant Thebes Hills from the restaurant and pool. Room and laundry services, as well as medical assistance are available.

The bedrooms are medium-sized and pleasantly newly furnished using green and brown colours. Many have an excellent view of the Nile from the balconies. The tiled bathrooms are kept in good condition but are small in size although, like the rooms, they are very clean.

The large main restaurant is pleasantly appointed and overlooks the Nile. It offers a very high standard of predominantly international cuisine, served buffet style. It is furnished in blue and green colours with a central buffet area. There is also a pizza restaurant in the rear garden and a newly renovated bar area offering views of the gardens and the Nile.
