This hotel enjoys a unique setting in Geremeas (a municipality of Quartu Santa Elena), just 21 km from Cagliari, against the backdrop of the mountains of the Natural Park of Sette Fratelli (where it is possible to spot deer and mouflons). The centre of Geremeas, with its bars, links to the public transport network and river, is only 200 m away. Within 300 m of the hotel there is the renowned sandy beach Kala e Moru, which is over 2 km long. Cagliari is only 20 minutes' drive along on the coast road and Cagliari Airport is only 31 km away.

Historic records relate that the original building was built by monks (this is proved by the small church still present on the site today). Over the years, the property was turned into a flourishing farm as can be seen by the structure and also by the orchard. Because of the ancient features still visible (such as wooden walls, clay and straw bricks, stone floors, wooden and wrought-iron furniture) the hotel is a heritage-listed building. The refurbishment of the hotel has safeguarded the features and the magical atmosphere of the original building. This historical beach hotel comprises a total of 39 rooms. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area, a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities and parking. Furthermore, The Anfiteatro disco is an ideal setting for parties, dancing and events. The dance floor is dug into the floor and is surrounded by large Dolmen stones, the bar area and the deejay set are located in a cave just behind the swimming pool. The Anfiteatro also hosts live music shows, theme parties and much more.
