This modern complex is in a pleasant area due to the beauty of its architectural design and the ample gardens surrounding it. The swimming-pools are in the centre and the bungalows are located all around them.

Public transport departs from stops just a few paces away and restaurants, bars, shopping venues as well as the tourist centre are all within 800 m of the hotel. The dune beach of Maspalomas is roughly 2.5 km from the hotel and there is a shuttle bus service. Within 4 km, guest will find the lively centre of Playa del Ingles.

The bungalows are nice in size, ideal for families, with a full kitchen and kitchen set. The bungalows are composed of independent bedroom, lounge, complete kitchen and bathroom, private garden and terrace. They are equipped with TV, telephone and air conditioning. They are tastefully decorated in white and soft colours, creating a relaxing atmosphere. They also provide, cutlery and crockery.Bathroom are in good condition. Being an aparthotel this complex clean the apartment and change towels 5 times per week and the sheets twice a week.
