The hotel is a modern building, slightly set back from the road.

The small lobby is bright and cheery, with large windows giving out onto the street. The pale woodwork and walls give a contemporary air to the whole environment. There is a central seating area with easy access to the adjacent bar/seating area.

This simple hotel is located directly on the peaceful Canal du Midi. It takes just a few minutes walk to reach the city centre with its scores of shops and other entertainment venues. Public transport departs from directly in front of the hotel. The airport is approximately 15 km away. It is well worth taking an excursion to the coast (140 km away) or the ski resorts which are approximately 100 km away.

The air-conditioned hotel was built in 1989 and has been completely renovated. It consists of 104 double rooms on 8 floors. The stylish lobby contains lifts and a 24-hour reception. In addition, the hotel has a superb restaurant, a conference room and car parking facilities.
